All Valley Plumbing, Inc. is a locally owned and operated plumbing installation company founded in August 2001 by Fremont residents.  Within two years of its inception, AVP became one of Sears’ largest and most respected water heater installers in the nation with a service area that stretches from San Francisco to Monterey and from Discovery Bay to San Jose.  In the following years, AVP began installing water heaters for Lowe’s stores from Antioch to Sunnyvale, San Bruno to Livermore. 

Large, capable team of installing technicians

AVP has expanded its core of technicians to over 20 installing technicians, each individually trained to AVP’s standards by the most experienced installers in the business. While AVP’s installing technicians mirror the diversity of the Bay Area, they have one common characteristic: the desire to do quality work.

Quality Control Department

In the past year, AVP has created the Quality Control Department dedicated solely to maintaining and improving upon AVP’s stellar reputation.  Our Quality Control Department conducts on-site inspections to ensure our technicians are doing the job correctly, calls customers after the job has been done to see what went well and what can be improved, and goes on service calls to respond to customer concerns.

Dedicated office staff

Unlike many plumbing installation companies, AVP has an eight-person office staff to administer their day-to-day operations, from scheduling installation appointments for 150 customers a week to dispatching the technicians in the field.

Committed Board of Directors

Overseeing this large operation is the Board of Directors of AVP, who is responsible for its current direction and success.  With years of experience in the plumbing and trade industry, the Board of Directors has supplied AVP a strong foundation built on leadership, knowledge and long-term strategy that constitutes the core of AVP.
